About Me
I’m Dr. Jully M. Padam, founder of Comprehensive Pediatric Health (CPH) in Atherton. With over 20 years dedicated to studying, working, and evolving in pediatric medicine, I strive to offer families the absolute best care for their children.
As a pediatrician, integrative medicine physician, researcher, and Stanford-trained subspecialist, my approach goes beyond traditional medicine. I believe in treating the whole child, respecting each family’s unique experience, and providing comprehensive care that addresses physical health, emotional resilience, and mental well-being.
My Journey
A Path of Resilience
My journey has been anything but simple. It has demanded courage, resilience, and determination—qualities not taught during residency or fellowship. I’ve faced adversity that could halt most, yet I continue to rise, rebuilding smarter, stronger, and with a deeper sense of purpose.
After completing my fellowship at Stanford, one of the nation’s most academically rigorous pediatric rheumatology programs, I discovered that families needed more than traditional care. This realization inspired me to train under Dr. Andrew Weil, a world leader in integrative medicine, to broaden my clinical vision and healing philosophy.
My Approach
Evidence-Based, Whole-Person Care
At Comprehensive Pediatric Health, I combine my Stanford subspecialty training with integrative medicine principles to provide:
- Comprehensive pediatric care from newborn through young adulthood
- Integrative medicine that treats the whole child, not just symptoms
- Subspecialty expertise in pediatric rheumatology, joint pain, chronic fatigue, and musculoskeletal issues
- Accessible care through telemedicine, home visits, and after-hours availability
- Family-centered approach that respects your lived experience and values your input
My mission is simple: to ensure every child in Atherton and surrounding communities receives the highest-quality, evidence-based care—personalized to their needs and delivered without delay.
Beyond The Clinic
Living What I Teach
I believe in modeling the wellness principles I teach my patients. I train hard, practice mindful eating, and honor my own humanity. I want to show young patients that wellness is a lifestyle, not just a prescription.
Outside the clinic, I’m known for my love of animals. As an active foster pet mother through Pets in Need, I provide dogs with safe homes while managing the demands of my medical career. Fostering has been one of the most joyful and healing parts of my life.
Research & Innovation
Advancing Pediatric Care
My commitment extends beyond clinical practice into research, particularly in uveitis. I’m dedicated to advancing collaboration between pediatric rheumatology fellows and ophthalmology to improve long-term vision outcomes for children.
I regularly present research at national conferences, including the American College of Rheumatology, working to advance better outcomes for children with complex autoimmune conditions.
